We start our hiking from Sankhu and reach at top of the hill Nagarkot. Nagarkot is the best destination which is 32 km from Kathmandu. We can see the great Himalayan view including Mt. Everest, Langtang, Ganesh Himal, Garry Shankar, Manaslu, and Annapurna Massif, and beautiful city in the downhill. After having lunch at Nagarkot we will drive back to Kathmandu.

Day 01: Hike to Nagarkot and drive back to Kathmandu.

Nagarkot is the most popular hill station and view point near Kathmandu valley surrounded by thickly forested hills of pine trees. This day hiking is the best way to see the Himalayas and culture, if you are planning to spend your weekend in Nepal. We pick up from your hotel and drive to Sankhu about one hour. We begin our hiking through the deep dense and rhododendron forest and we reach to top of the hill Jarsing Pouwa. After taking the picturesque picture continue trek to the Nagarkot along the forest and several village. From the Nagarkot we drive back to Kathmandu about one and half hour.
