Everest view trekking design for those who have limited time. If you have a dream to see the highest peak in the world Mt. Everest Shikhar Adventure design for your perfect holiday's package. Everest views trekking is very famous among the Khumbu region trekking. This trip can deign for your time frame and budget. This trip starts from Lukla as normal and along the Dudh Koshi river. During the trekking, we pass several villages like Chhiplung, Ghat, Phakding, TokTok, Manju, Jorsalle and finally we reach Namche Bazaar. Namche Bazaar is a famous town around the Khumbu region. We have an extra night at Namche bazaar to see the beautiful Himalayas including Mt.Everest. From the Namche bazaar viewpoint, we can see many snow-capped mountains such as Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Thamserku, Amadablam, Island Peak, and many more. This Everest view trekking is suitable for family and kids groups as well as a honeymoon trip. If anyone has low physical fitness this trek will be a good option for them and low risk of suffering from altitude sickness AMS. Detailed Itinerary:

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel.

A representative from Shikhar Adventure will welcome you our hotel. We will prepare you with information and gear for your trek. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Pre-trip Meeting and Sightseeing around Kathmandu valley.

After you take breakfast, we’ll brief you on our upcoming adventure and then take you on a sightseeing tour around Kathmandu, including several UNESCO World Heritage sites. You can spend the rest of the day preparing for your upcoming trek. Overnight at hotel.

Day 03: Fly to Tenzing Hillary Airport in Lukla (2840 Meters) and trek to Phakding.

Early in the morning, we catch a flight to Lukla from the Kathmandu domestic airport. We enjoy the incredible mountain views during the short flight. After landing, we begin our trek full of excitement. After passing picturesque Sherpa villages, their fields of crops, and many monuments toward Tibetan Buddhism, we see a spectacular view of Kusum Kanguru just as we arrive in Phakding. Overnight in a guest house.

Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440 Meters) about 5 hours.

After breakfast, we head to Namche Bazaar. The path leads us across several suspension bridges, while enjoying spectacular views of Thamserku. Following the Dudh Koshi River bank, we reach Monjo and officially enter Sagarmatha National Park. We continue along the river bank and eventually ciimb in altitude. We cross the highest suspension bridge of the Everest region, and again trek higher. We catch our first peek of Mt. Everest and continue to Namche Bazaar. Overnight in a guest house.

Day 05: Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar.

Today is our acclimatization day. We must take time to let our bodies adjust to the difference in altitude, as the air is thinner here. We take a short day hike up to Sagarmatha National Park Museum and Khumjung Village. From the museum, we can see a perfect view of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, and many more Himalayan peaks. Afterwards, we explore Namche Bazaar, a major trade center in the Khumbu region, densely populated by Sherpa people as well as trekkers who have finished or are preparing for the various Everest region treks. There is much to explore in the streets of Namche Bazaar. Overnight in guest house.

Day 06: Trek to Lukla (2840 meters) About 6 hours.

After having breakfast, we start head down to Lukla. We enjoy the last views of Mt. Everest, already looking forward to seeing it again. We cross six suspension bridges and pass several Sherpa villages before arriving in Lukla. After crossing the highest of the bridges, we walk for another 3 hours to Phakding and stop for lunch. We arrive in Lukla after about 2.5 hours of walking after Phakding. Time to enjoy the last night of the Himalaya in Lukla!

Day 07: Fly out from Lukla to Kathmandu

We have breakfast and then walk to Tenzing-Hillary airport and fly back to Kathmandu in the morning, enjoying the scenery during the flight. We’ll have a celebratory dinner in Kathmandu in the evening. Otherwise, the rest of the day is yours. Overnight in hotel.

Day 08: Back to home

Shikhar Adventure is not responsible for any problems due to weather, damages of property, etc. However, we will manage and support you to the best of our abilities with any problem that may arise. Flights to and from Lukla can be delayed due to weather conditions and delays may last up to several days. It is best to book flights to and from Kathmandu with a several day margin to avoid missing a flight back to your home country. If flights go smoothly, we will help arrange activities for you during your margin days. In the case that you have a tight schedule and the flights out of Lukla are delayed, it is possible to take a helicopter flight back to Kathmandu for an additional cost.
